when i put in my xe 224/230 what are my options for lifters, i know of the comp cams R lifters, but what else is their for us and how much do the go for? thanks

 

With that cam, I'm running these Crane lifters. They used to be about $20 cheaper when I did my cam swap 2 years ago.. No problems though, I'm keeping 'em for my heads & cam swap.

 

Depending on how many miles are on your lifters, you maybe able to reuse them, that is if they check-out OK. But, if its in the higher miles you can pick-up some stock replacements or I'd recommend going with some Comp R's.
