Lifter Problems

I have a 1994 Z28 Camaro. I had a cam lobe go down in the past and I replaced the cam, all lifters and rocker arms. Even so, I've had a continuous tick in the lifter that the cam lobe went down on. It ran, so I kept driving it some. While driving one day it started skipping badly. Upon inspection I realized that no oil was going to any of the lifters on the side that the cam lobe went down on, though it still reads I have 80 pounds of oil pressure. I have not taken off the other valve cover, so I'm not sure if the other side is getting oil or not. I've been told by different people that I've either spun a cam bearing, or a main bearing, or that the oil passage in the back of the block has stopped up. I assume it's skipping because of the lack of oil to the lifters, so they can't pump up. If anyone has any information about the situation, especially the oil blockage I would appriciate hearing from you. I hope it's nothing major, but either way I guess I'll have some work to do.
