Lets say..

that my passenger side longtube burned the 02 wiring along with the harness. what could that cause and how would i fix it? I think that may have happened recently.

nobody has any thoughts? my left o2 seems to be dead stuck at like 1000+ even though it is a brand new ACDelco.

Obviously, it is going to cause your O2 not to read correctly and screw up the fuel calculations for the right bank. Locate and repair or replace bad wiring.
