whenever i hit the gas the whole interior vibrates like crazy after i installed the long tube headers and slp lm its been like this... what can i do to lower this?

 

probably the y-pipe hitting the floor? i have the same problem.... new motor mounts will probably fix it.. take a peek under the car and see what kind of clearence (sp) u have..

wont a new motor mount make the engine higher so itll touch more? is there anythin else besides a motor mount?

Make sure everything is tight and not touching... Some LTs are notorious for touching the k-member and other crap... not sure about the SLPs though...

And also the LM w/ LTs isn't the wisest choice if vibrations are a concern...

 

do you mean that the loudness does some of the vibration?

 

I have Lts, ory and the lm just the exhaust itself shakes the car without it touching any thing.

I put my stock cd player back in.The exhaust rattled the face plate on my aftermarket one so bad I thought it was going to fall of, it drove me crazy.

 

Heh, that was really funny and I have no idea why. I'm tired. But I have the same problem, but I have gotten used to it a little bit.
