Left turn signal does not blink????
Left turn signal does not blink????
Today out of the blue my left turn signal stopped blinking, it turns on, but is solid, not blinking????
the right turn signal works fine, and if I use the 4 flashers they all blink.
What could it be?

If you have one side that the turn signal does not flash, it is usually a burned out element in one of the bulbs. Now, if all the elements do work when you use the hazards, try replacing the flasher.
Get under the front of the car and you will see some 10mm bolts that hold the plastic covers that bolt up to your bumper cover. Once you take the bolts (10mm) out and drop that plastic piece you can get right to the harness for the bulb. Just turn the harness and connector and pull the bulb out of the housing. Its really easy and you will know what I am talking about when you get down under the front of the car. There are also 2 seven mm bolts that you will need to take off too.
Hope this helps

Hey shoebox, where could I get a new turn signal flasher. I know this is a old post, but I didn't want to start a new one just for this. Mine right turn signal does the same thing, it works with the hazards just fine, but when I try to use it by itself it usually just stays solid, but decides to flash once in a while. This also messes with that brake light, and makes it light up differently than the other one. Do you think the flasher is the problem? Thanks again
