LE1 cam on stock heads?

Is this an OK deal, my friend is switching up to LE3 and never actually installed the LE1 cam, giving me a great price for it but I don't have the money for porting the heads at the moment...

Would it be OK to run LE1 cam with my current setup?

You will see a gain over the stock cam for sure. It should be better than most of the off the shelf cams.

Make sure you upgrade the necessary valvetrain components and follow up with a good tune.

I think you'll be one happy camper after you install it. Use a set of 918 beehives and you'll have room to grow, if you ever go bigger with the cam.
