LCA won't come off

I am working on my 94Z. I am doing shocks/springs and poly bushings. I have everything off the front except the control arm itself. I've removed all the nuts but the rear of the two bushing bolts(vertical one) will not come out of there, on both sides. This is just a bolt right, remove the nut and push the bolt through the top? I even put a jack under the bolt and jacked up the car with it and it wouldn't budge. There aren't threads in the bushing sleeve or anyhthing are there? Any other suggestions? I am going to score a torch a see if that works, is it ok the heat up the k-member and LCA?

Damm, those things were in there! I finally got them out after a full day of beatin the $hit out of em. Me and my friend tried everything we could thing of to get em out and almost knocked the car off the stands with the 50lb sledge. I finally ran up to the store and bought an air chisel and that did the trick. Needless to say the bolts and sleeves are severely f*cked and they don't come in any bushing sets I have found. Where can I get these, I called around for a while today but could not find them. Also what kind of paint should I use to "touch up" my control arms and such?
