Anyone out there have a problem with Kooks driver side header being too close for the oil filter to fit with a factory oil cooler adapter?

It's generally a well-known problem. The oil cooler usually needs to be deleted with just about any LT installation.

You have to remove the oil cooler, and run a shorty filter.

i went the next step and put in a remote filter and moved it up kinda were the air pump used to be. best to use a remote with the solid mount and not the spin on. to hard to get the spin on adapter to point the right direction.
