knocking noise? wont start

knocking noise? wont start

i just replaced my optispark and tried to start up the car and the car doesnt do anything but make a knocking noise. it sounds like its coming from the starter but im not sure. any ideas?

does the engine turn over? if battery voltage is low the starter will make a clicking noise
