Knock Module!

hey i got my car put back together today, put a new tps on runs good when its not under a load(i mean in OD and gradually giving it gas) or getting up around 4500-5000rpms... the conclusion i found is i am running only headers with a y pipe that ends by the passenger floorboard. i think that this is really ***ing with my knock module, because i was cruising at 1500rpms and my interior was vibrating and then the SES Light started flasing(i know it wasnt missfiring it was running smooth, except for the vibration on the headers +y pipe under the passenger floor board)i still have the stock module and i think the Knock Module is thinking that my car is missing or knocking so it is adjusting the timing back and forth(is that possible) while im driving it.

Also Does the Knock Module Run in the open loop, closed loop, or both?

Thanks Alot

Even if it was picking up knock, it's not going to set off the SES. More than likely the SES is coming from your O2s (since you are supposed to have pre and post cat O2s). Scan it and find out what the code is, instead of guessing.
