Do our OBD I PCM's learn knock? I reprogrammed my PCM a few times with this phenomenon. After the reprogram, I datalog only to find that after a while, the PCM seems to pick up less count - and thus my KR is reduced. Yes my conditions are the same and this happens in a time frame of 20-30 min from when I reprogram.

My BLM's are good and I know my AFR is pretty consistent at 12.4:1 right now throughout the RPM range.

Is this something that is programmed into the PCM? Damn confusing as I chase false knock!
