I found and can lightly feel my exhust hitting the cross member under the car , could this mess with my knock sensor ?

 

It might, The knock sensor listens for banging sounds like the engine is rattling, which is what happens in detonation. If the sound is travelling through to the engine, they might pick it up. You may need some way to log the PCM data or look at the parameters on a scanner or something to see if the sensors are picking it up and pulling timing.
