K&N factory replacement filter

Is it pointless to get one.

I'm wondering because I need to replace the stock one, and I don't have the money for a CAI right now.

Depends on what your needs are. If you're going to go to CAI soon, yeah I'd say it's pointless. I think it'll run you about $50, as where a CAI will run you $200.

yea i agree if your going to get a CAI system pretty soon i would wait but if your aways away i would invest in a k&n. I felt a lil more power and better throttle response before i had my CAI.
