k member help

i have 2 bolts that are stuck they are sqeaking and i cant turn them out with my own strength anymore.
what should i do/???

PB nutblaster from AUtozone... and a Breaker bar with a lenghty cheater pipe 1foor or more.... and walla no morre pissy bolt.
