Just replaced the o2's...
well i am so happy witht he results. My car didnt throw a code for bad o2's but since i recently bought the car i didnt know the last time they were changed.
I had some real problems with the passenger side. Me and my roomate put it up on a lift here on base and tried to get to them from under the car. Even with my skinny arms i couldt get enough pressure on the ratchet to break it loose.
So we put it back on the ground and tried it from the top. That did the trick, with a ton of extentions and swivels we got it out.
The driver side o2 was a breeze, we put the car back in the air and used a 1 inch wrench on the o2 socket. It came out without a problem.
As far as a preformance increase, i was shocked. I took it out for a test drive, and i could definatly feel a differnce. Before the swap i would floor it in 2nd and it would go, but not as hard as you would expect. When i floored it this time i was thrown back in my seat, a sensation that i normally dont feel. I cant wait to see if i get some better gas mileage. I was having problems with it running rich as hell on the dyno, like 10:1 with the NX wet kit. But on the base line runs i was at like 11.5:1 to 12:1.
I guess thats all....but would an o2 swap really make that big of a differance to a car that wasnt throwing a code?

Re: Just replaced the o2's...
Tell me how much your gas mileage increased when you do a few test runs, send me a pm or something. I am thinking about changing mine but my car doesnt throw errors either.
