Just renstalled hypertech
I get a clunking sound in the rear end when i come to a stop (a4)
I just renstalled hypertech to shiftfirmmer, clunking noise is gone.

You may want to pull the rearend cover off your car to make sure the pinion and ring gear are not missing any teeth.
