Thumbs up just gutted my cat

I jsut got done gutting my cat in my car. I have the hooker catback with the zz409 cam and stock manifolds... you can really hea the cam lope and it sounds sweet. It burns the eys now because of the exhaust gas not getting trapped in the cat. I jsut had the hooker put on friday so it only has about 120 miles on it so that still ahs to break in... all in all, I am please with the way it turned out!!!

I love the sound of deleting the cat. I would never ever think about going back to a stock cat again. I love my ORP.

Only thing is that when i have the test, i have to put the punk back on hehe

How about on a dual-cat car? I was thinking of going with slp shorties and gut my cats to save some $$$.

I think you have a problem with your gas mixture. And you must be running pretty rich. Because teh gas smell shouldn't be that strong. I removed my cats last year and I didn't notice much of a smell difference. Only right after start up and I have to be in my garage, otherwise nothing. And it's pretty weak even when I do smell some.
