Depending on weather conditions and where you live that might be considered normal.. i think your mph is about 4-5mph off where it should be w/ those mod's.. Most stock car's trap 97-99mph and a CAI, Cutout car can be from 98-104ish or so. Not bad 60ft's though...

Hes got 2.73's so that makes sense.... Get those 60fts down some... I pull high 2.1's and low 2.2's on street tires and I'm a M6 Anyways that sounds about right.

Re: Just got new times from the track yesterday!!

i think your times are pretty good considering its a 2.73 car. i ran identical times in sig with basically the same setup, but i trapped about 2mph higher. dont worry too much though, i know its the weather conditions cuz thats what kills me everytime i run it. typical weather is 87+*/80%, but everything will change in few months when the weather gets a little cooler(60*) and i get my LT's, et streets, and chip. your best bet is a tune-up(plugs/wires, opti), 3.73's, some good tires, and better weather. that should put you into the high 13's easy.

blazer, did you ever run your car before and after the stall? i was hoping for a 13.5 w/ et streets and the stall, but i never had a chance to get to the track. im ordered some LT's already and i just wanted to know what i should expect before i put them on.

Re: Just got new times from the track yesterday!!

got8? With your exact same mods I was pulling 13.9xx - 14.0xx times at 100.xx mph with 2.73 gears, street tires and only weight reduction being the spare tire and jack. You definately seem to be down on power somewhere because your trap speed is a little off. Your 60 foot is ok for street tires, I was able to pull a best of 2.098 60 foot when I had my street tires on.

My best advice to you would be to do a full tuneup on the car, maybe do a little bit of weight recuction and then work on your lauch (hint: flooring it at start is not always a good thing)

Good luck man!

I ran 14.1 @99 Bone stock with a 2.2 60'. So those times seem about right.
