Just finished motor rebuild..Few question??

I bought me a 95 A4 Z that had a blown head gasket.. I was just going to fix the head gasket but being a motor head i had to break out the die grinder and do some porting and polishing.. After i was all done i had but all new gaskets top to bottom put in a CC305 cam,918 spring, shaved .010 off the head,P&P heads,CC Pro magnum 1.6 rockers, thin head gasket,P&P intake,Pacesetter LT headders,no cats, Ture duals with 4 bullets and x pipe and deleted all air pump and EGR stuff.. After i got it running i ran Datemaster and datelogged a 10 miles trip with a lot of stop and kick it's (runs and pulls good).. After i got back i looked at the data and my INJ duty cycle at wot was 120% and about 12 dergees knock retard.. The only thing i have changed is the fuel cut and timing. I am just learning tunercat and i suck.. I have some friend that use Fast and are trying to help figure out tunercat. If some one as close to the same setup it would be very helpful if you could give me a copy of your tunercat file so i could compare with stock to see changes...Is LT1edit easier to use or is there a program that easier than tunercat Where is a good place to get some 30Lbs inj?? Where can i get the LT4 knock mod and what is the part number??? Is there and how to for tunercat ?? i have read the help section... I had more questions But my A.D.D. made me forget what i was going to ask..

Lt4 Km will do ya no good.
Get Ford Motorsports 30# injectors. Try some of the Ford boards as they are fairly cheap. Also look in the for sale section of this board.

Get a mail order tune to get it started off in the right direction. Even Fast is not difficult it just takes time to learn it. In the meantime don't blow it,get the mail tune.Tuning ain't easy the first year.

Who does a good mail order tune?? I thought that a Lt4KM would get rid of some of the false knock from the heads and the rocker arms...

The LT4 KM is tuned for a 'vette and it's noises ONLY. If ya got the exact noises it will help. Ya probably got headers and the 'vette don't so there is one thing it is not going to help and ya still get retard from the internal noise of the headers.Your choice, but it is $40+ dollars down a rat hole.
MadZ28--PCMforless are both board vendors and both do a real good job.Call them and tell either your set up and ask about fixing the KR in the computer or ya can search and get the resistor method. This has been discussed a bunch.I would let them handle it as they know what to do to it to get it to run right.
