Just finised the head gasket swap, now I have issues, help!
The car started ok but stumbled a little bit at first... After it ran a few seconds it idled just fine, but it seems that I may have a header gasket leak, and the car seems to be down on power. As far as the leak, when I drove the car under acceleration, it was making small popping/tapping noises that sped up with the rpms. It was way more noise then the RR make. So I think I'll probably have to pull the headers back off again. UGH And then as far as the power being down, I dont know where to start. The car doesn't idle real smooth either so Im thinking it might be on 7 cylinders. It almost looks, sounds, and feels the same way when I had a wire get cut by the belt. Maybe I cracked a sparkplug installing them??
Who knows...is it possible a vacuum line is messed up and could cause something like this? Thanks for any help.
