Just dynoed my 97 Ws6.

Edit: pics here.. http://www.indi-x.com/gallery/album42?&page=1

54k miles. A4, GU5..

K&N Panel, TB Bypass, Cutout...

262hp @ 5k and 293 @ 3900

If I can get my scanner working, Ill post the sheet. A/F averaged 11.8, is this good/bad or ok?

Another 97Z hit 270/280 with CAI and Corsa. Then a bone stock 95 hit 250/260 I believe..

My buddy with the 97Z and fresh cc306, and 'freshened up' stock heads, with SLP TOTL and Mac mid lengths managed 344hp, and 343tq, I believe. He just finished the car lastnight, and had a local guy tune it on the street, and then they hit the dyno.

not to bad man....i got a 97 WS6 M6 and mine went 275/314 with CAI, airfoil,LT4 KM and a cutout....as far as air fuel looks as though you are a little bit rich..mine went 12.8 closer to 13

numbers look good man, right where they should be. any idea what dyno you used? a/f is on the rich side, if you leaned it out youd pick up a few more ponies. overall good though!

Thanks for the assurance. I think I have a leak/maf problem. I really need to get this squared away. If you figure 15% loss, Im right on the money.

Lethal, those are nice numbers for a few mods. What CAI do you have? Might be a cheaper/better alternative to buying a new airbox assembly.

Edit: Dyno was a Dyno Jet...

hey nine seven...at the time of the dyno run i had a custom CAI(check my website classifieds for pics), but recently i bought a used moroso CAI...i went back to the dyno and ran exact numbers 275/313...but the first dyno run was on a 48 degree day...the second was on a 88 humid florida day...so i'm thinking my moroso is better, i ran on a dynojet 248

no problem....me and some of the guys from my club had a big discussion tonight about my CAI....Most of them think that my Moroso is hurting my power....they think that my stock ram air box will flow better since it is a straight shot, and the car is rammed with air rather than sucking the air so to speak with the moroso.......so i'm going to put my stock WS6 air box on tomorrow and do some dyno runs next week..........i'll keep you posted nine seven

Not Bad, but a little on the rich side. My 96 WS6 dynoed at 279/306 with modified ram air, exhuast, clutch, gears, LT4 KM, MSD, plugs, and wires. Ran around a 12.2 air/fuel

11.8:1 is too rich...pretty much a full point off. I would shoot for 12.8-12.9 @ WOT.

ive been told/read a million times by plenty of board members as well as all the local fbody owners that its typical to assume 15% on an M6 and 20% on an A4 in these cars. other cars will be different but ive understood that this is common practice on an fbody.
