jumped another car now battery won't charge
Yeah, so the alternator bench tests good. I replaced the battery and obviously it load tests good.. I have 12 volts at the exciter wire with the ignition on... What am I missing? The battery just steady drains with the engine running... Please help.

When the engine is idling, who much voltage is across the battery terminals?
Then
With the engine obviously off, and one side of the battery cables off, what does the current measure?
