jet hots here, drivers side has only 3 bolt ups...

jet hots here, drivers side has only 3 bolt ups...

and then another pipe seperate, that should slip in to the missing bolt up,(where header bolts to heads)but when i stuck it in there it isnt any wehre near close to bolting up even with other pre-welded head to header bolts

well i was mistaken, it does kinda sorta line up, but question, do i have to weld them together?or just leave as is slip on?

It is a slip fit.Dont weld it unless absolutely necessary.I have ceramic coated Hookers(same thing)and the fit was real tight with no leaks.Some people do have trouble with it leaking.Hopefully you wont.

It's slip fit... although sometimes I've seen it where there's too much coating on the end of the loose pipe and you may need to sand it down a bit for it to fit properly though. Don't worry, the tighter it gets the less chance of a leak. Do like I did and use some hi temp RTV to seal it off for good. Dont' weld it.
