Jet Hot or Hooker Longtubes ? ? ?

They both appear to be very similar, is there any benefit of going with the HOOKERS over the JET HOT's?

I will never but Jet-Hots again. Reasons why I won't is becasue the coating comes off within a year and the flange SUCKS!! It's a high quality flange don't get me wrong BUT, when you hit something (and you will) it might bend the flange like it did with mine. It destroyed the headers. I had a muffler shop weld my X-pipe to my headers untill I can get some kooks. Stainless steel is the way to go. JMO.

I have hookers on mine. I really like them. The clerance isn't terrible as long as you remeber you have less clearence and drive accordingly. As far as the coating mine already started to turn colors in 600 miles but only on the bottom where it was exposed to rain. Me personally if I had the choice I would get a pair of black hookers and get them done in that jet-hot bronze color. Those things are awesome looking.

Either one will be roughly the same. It's merely about getting lucky with fitment and wear and tear. So choose what you think looks the best and has the best quality.

They are both similar in terms of quality and price. I would look for whoever has them on special and go with that.
