Does Jason or the parts department reply to emails much? I called them up and ordered some parts. Now all i just want is the tracking # for the shipped goods... no reply from 2 emails

How long does regular shipping from there to WA. usually take?

 

A phone call seems better to reach Jason than email.

 

Jason always seems to be slow shipping anymore. Think they are just getting too busy. The parts always get here though. My last order was about 2 weeks. Prices, to me, are still worth it

 

I ordered some stuff in july and got it in 3 days.. I also called him after I ordered and he gave tracking #'s over the phone no prob..
Be advised that 850 'direct' parts # isn't a WATS tho[ I thought it was, and got a bill for it.. 850 is the area code for fla] if you call the main switchboard # it's free tho..

 

i just called jason yesterday to 2nd day air me my LT4 knock so i can finish up my 383 i'd call him i found his number on shoe box's site www.shbox.com

 

Well i guess he was busy, eventually did reply to my emails The parts arrived on friday actually (although i didnt know that until wednesday). 7 days is pretty good for cross country!

 

He Doesn't Answer E-mails But Does Answer The Phone.
