my friend has an 04 cobra 6spd bone stock with the exception of bassani exhaust,we are goin to race for $100 bucks cause hes so sure he'll beat me,my mods on my 97 camaro are;forged 350, cc503,cai,long tube headers,madz28 tune,pullies,ported intake,tb bypass,mt drag radials,spec 3,aluminum fidanza flywheel,removed jack and spare,back seat,andfront sway bar,im still on stock 3:42 gears,and stock 1.5 rockers,do i have a chance beat him?we are racing from a 30mph roll cause hes on st tires

A stock Terminator usually runs in the 12.8-13.2 @ 110 range if I'm not mistaken. clcam97's car should easily run that time or a little faster if the car is running like it should.

I dout it, all he has is a cam with supporting mods. and 5 extra cubes. Not a big shot of nitrous, but nitrous non the less. Or hope he spins. Just thought of something is 390 whp or fwhp on the cobra, if its fwhp it should be a good race, dont mind me its early.

 

A boltons + cam LT1 should easily be in the 12s...

 

If he is so sure then tell him to race from a dig. Don't give him anything. Too close to call. Take video and post please.

For comparison, my sig beats my buddys 2003 405hp Z06 in the 1/4. It only has a K&N btw. Yes, we have switched cars and raced too. Good luck.

i think youre gonna get walked from a roll... the 503 isnt that big of a cam and from a roll who cares what it runs in the quarter, it takes the work out of launching so the cobra has an even bigger advantage as long as he can shift
