All the pics I have seen have none.....all you guys with a Super Vic conversion, what did you do about a throttle cable?? I contacted Aaron, he said he can weld me some deals on there for the factory bracket, but I have to get him measurements.

You need to take a Look at Ben Moore's car ( IN Hot rod fastest LT1 with stock PCM) and see how he has his setup. His is not a Intakeelbows piece but It looks the same.

Ben's car is awesome, I saw that article, it's flying. But Rick over on Ai's site went faster than 135 with a stock PCM at 3450lb. I think the first thing I would do is look for a manifold that would work better on a street car. The super victor is probably the wrong choice if you're going to keep the stock pcm. Unless you're really going for 600+ hp at the flywheel, I havent seen where the ported GM manifold is that bad.

At my weight, on a 383, with a Pro Action head and a solid roller..I think it should be ok..and yes I am going for 600+ at the flywheel with a solid roller. Just trying to work out the details.

The stock manifold aint gonna get it done IMO.

There is another intake manifold I would possible look into, and that is the Accel Pro Ram intake (Same intake that overton runs) and from what I have heard the runners are longer and the TQ in the midrange would be great?

(On a side note) Russ, what does the inside of your ported AI LT1 intake look like, I solde my converted Super Vic to Turbo6 since I was going D1SC with my AFR heads by LE, and in turn I got his LT4 ported intake with a Monoblade.
Take a look, as far as I was told GTP went through it and touched the runners and opened it for the TB.

Heh, my intake was stock. I just knocked it out bigger for the 58 mm TB. My holes looked like stop signs.
