Question intake manifold leak

after raising my recently purchased Z28 up in autoshop the other day i noticed i got pretty bad oil leak on my engine. it doesnt seem to leak when sitting just when i drive around. i read that this is known on LT1's to happen...getting to the leak seems like a major pain...what does it take to fix an intake manifold leak? im low on $ for my car so im a little worried.

Do it yourself.Remove the intake and related pieces install new gasket and silicone.Let it cure for a day,and back on the road again.

if you are mechanically inclined you can fix it yourself! just get the gaskets and a tube of permatx copper rtv and go to town.
