Just wondering how long it should take me to install a meziere water pump and what i should be cautious of? Do i need to mess with the fuses or relay wires?

 

An install on an electric waterpump could take only two hours, if you're good enough. Figure four or 5 for the average mechanic.

Here's a good install guide which tells you everything (this page uses a CSI pump, which requires slight modification of the stock waterpump housing, while the Meziere does not. Disregard the modification information):
