I just installed my Magnaflow last friday, and I'll give it too. The only downside I see is that it's almost too quiet at idle, but sounds mean as hell while driving. I'm thinking of either getting a high-flow cat or !cat ....atleast until I can afford some JetHot Lts. Anybody with Magnaflow and manifolds, what have you done for a little more purr....

It might be a little quicker having that Flowmaster taken off.

Mine went on real smooth. It'll sound even better after they've had about 500 or so miles put on it.

I have one too and love it. It sounds nice and deep and is absolutely perfect. It's deep and quiet at idle and when you get on it it sounds great. I got mine for $305 shipped if anybody is looking for a deal.

Cograts on your purchase! I love mine as well and am glad you like yours. For those of you who wish it were louder at idle..... just give it a few thousand miles to break in. It will sound better at idle and at WOT!

Later guys,

Mike

I love my magnaflow catback too. I am pretty sure the poping is normal, since these are pretty much a straight thru exhaust on the passenger side, since that doesn't even go through the muffler. If it is just a little backfire than that is normal.

I installed mine myself, and the hardest part was getting it lined up right, so it didn't look crooked. Took about 3 hours all together. I gutted my cat and it helped a ton, it sounds awesome at idle, and even better at WOT. I definately reccomend gutting your cat when installing it.
