Installed long tubes now both 02 sensors dont work?!?!?!?

I recently installed new hooker long tubes and mufflex y-pipe. I didnt have 02 extensions when I finished the install so I ran with them disconnected for a day or 2 until they arrived. Well once they did I connected everything up and the car runs like crap. Feels VERY sluggish and you can feel powering surging throughout the rpm band during normal acceleration. So I then bought brand new GM 02 sensors, installed those and this did nothing at all. Exact same problem still. So I then bought yet another set of 02 extensions thinking maybe a wire is bad. Installed those and still same problem. Now im starting to get aggrivated. I have checked that all wires are nowhere near the headers and are all in perfect condition all the way to the cars computer, I have done my best to ensure no exhaust leaks near sensors. I ran the car with a diagnoses program while driving and it informed me that both 02 sensors are failing. I then purchased a new OBD2 to OBD1 conversions PCM thinking maybe there was somehting wrong with my original tuned OBD2 computer. The new computer and tuning did nothing for me. SO now I just run in open-loop mode where it runs perfectly smooth. I need to figure out what is wrong can anyone help?
When I was running my OBD2 computer with 02's connected I was getting codes 0133 Bnk 1 Sens 1 02 slow repsonse, P1153 Bnk 2 control shifted lean, and P1133 Bnk 1 Sens 1 insufficient switching control shifted lean.
I do not know whats wrong and need to fix this problem. Any help is greatly appreciated.
Thanks

This happened to my friend. You prob burnt a o2 wire on the sensor or harness side. In turn, that blows some engine fuse. Check your fuses out and look for a burnt wire. Let us know.

Well I already stated that I have no burnt wires. But you did make a good point that maybe I did right before the install or sometime since then. I will look at all my fuses tomorrow when I can actually see. I just find it weird that BOTH sensors can be malfunctioning and a blown fuse could probably do that. With my luck though and all I have done so far I wont count on it being as easy as a fuse:-)
Anymore opinions?
Thanks

Same thing happend to me, it was the Engine sensors fuse under the hood.

When my fuse blew the car was way down on power and my Tq converter wouldnt lock.

I was under the impression that you HAD to use O2 simulators in the back two O2's if you put in LT's in a '97. The rear O2's will not function properly with LT's. Does the OBD1 conversion get rid of the rear O2's all together?

I could be wrong.

Yes I have always been running rear 02 simulators, and now that i went with the OBD1 conversion it no longer uses the rear sensors anyway. I checked all fuses in my car all of them are fine
:-(
Alright, so anymore opinions im still clueless?
