Installed heater core...new prob

Now the vents won't hardly blow at all. I checked all the vaccum lines and they are ok. I do know that the old "weather stripping" was bad on there so I had to put it back together without any. Could that cause it?

It really isn't coing out anywhere. It used to only blow out of the floor and defrost before I fixed the vaccum leak under the hood.

Is the blower running? Does it change speeds? Do you hear vacuum when you change vent locations with the dial?

I have the same problem. My problem is that the piece of foam that fits in around where the lines come through the firewall is not sealing right. When you turn on your blower, all off the heat or ac blows back through the firewall. Turn on the blower and put your hand on the firewall in the engine bay and you will know.
