input on Crower Enduro series full roller rockers

was getting ready to buy a set of comp cam rollerrockers [1305-16]. does anyone know if the Crower Enduro series full roller rockers are as good as the comp? these are used and have about 5k miles on them. look like they are in great shape . can you rebuild these in the future? any input would be appreciated! they will be going on a 95 lt1 firebird.

Thanks!
Pat

The Enduro's are better than the Comp's.

Yep - Comp tried to copy the Crower, I am ok with using the Comp's with a street hydraulic motor, but with a race solid roller they don't hold lash.

Thanks for the info. How about a solid roller street/strip engine?

I wouldn't use them with a solid roller.

Will the Enduros w/ adjusting nuts (7/16 stud) clear a stock LT1 valve cover?

I'm not 100% sure but I don't think so, I know someone that had used them with the LT4's...I have them but I have big fabbed valve covers

Thanks... I'm trying to keep the engine looking as stock as possible and would like to stay away from fabbed VC's. However I might be up for the LT4 valve covers. Would like to know for sure though.

I'd much rather stay away from aluminum rockers. I'll check to see what my machinist recommends and compare notes...

I think my crowers are a little smaller than pro mags....not as wide. I can check them if you want. I was just told they wouldn't clear the tin stock covers....
