I was wondering if 28lb injectors from an 04 z06 would work in my 93 lt1 because i found a really good deal on a set and i cant pass it up

 

Get the PN I think it should be 12561462 if so then they are indeed 28lvbs. in our fuel system but 32lbs. in an LSX fuel system see here http://www.racetronix.com/12561462RFM.html and here http://www.ls1tech.com/forums/showpo...5&postcount=17

For the info I used when deciding on purchasing this PN as an upgrade for my LT1, untill I found this info I would have told you LS1 injectors were not and upgrade but from the LS1 tech info it looks like these may have been on some LS1s. An injector that is 28lbs. at LSX fuel pressure is actually on the low side of 24lbs. and a shade smaller than the 94-7 LT1 injectors. I also plugged one of the 12561462 injectors into my harness to make sure they plug in as I had heard stuff about a different plug on newer stuff. I have not run these yet to actually verify the rating but I trust Racetronix, I also got a KILLER deal on these.
