Should my noid light take a short while to come on or should they come on instantly when i connect it to the injector harness. When i connect the light to the harness nothing happens for about 20 or 30 seconds and then finally it comes on and pulses. Also the light gets very bright when i rev the engine a little, but i would imagine this is just because the computer is trying to feed more fuel to the engine and increasing the pulse width etc. I was talking to another mechanic here and he said that normally the light comes on right away but he doesnt work much with LT1's. Think i have a problem?

Appreciate any feedback, ive been having a nasty problem since i got my injectors back from being match balanced.
