I was wondering if any of you guys have true duals,and live in Illinois.I want a x-pipe and a turn down,but the cops might notice I don't have any tailpipes and find out I don't have any cats.Is there a remedy to my problem.Should I go w/ the cats and tail pipes.Any pics would be nice ,especially with shorties on.
