I am expierencing spark breakdown @ 5500 rpm under full throttle. Car has new MSD Opti, MSD coil, MSD digital-6+. Car also has new plug wires and plugs. Has anyone had problems with ignition module and if so, would the symptoms be similar to what I am seeing?

 

Ignition module going out is usually seen as the car just dying when the engine warms up.

 

agreed...mine went out going down the bypass....
