Back in february i bought my 93 z28. I bought a new opti msd coil and gm coil module. Problem was i bought a coil module for a 97 z28 because it looked the same and was half the price. Big mistake. Not sure what the difference was but after putting a new gm coil and msd super conductor 8.5s i finally found my problem was the icm sparking off the heads. Im assuming this is my whole problem. I ordered the ac delco icm for my year camaro and it'll be in tomorrow. Hope this solves.my problem and i can put the blaster coil back on.

 

Moral of the story "don't buy a part at half the price because it looks the same". Either they are very different or the one i bought is junk.
