which ignition box do I get?

I have the 93 formula. It will be getting some stuff thrown at it within the next few weeks but I have one question.

Which igniton box do I get?
the MSD 6A
the MSD 6AL
Crane HI-6S digital ignition

I have heard good things from GM High Tech about the Crane igniton, but wonder if it's really what they say it is.

How easy is it to wire up one of these ignitions?

Honestly, you'll just be wasting your money. But if you have the money to waste, MSD Digital 6+.

every one of them is a waste of money? How so? Aren't there some gains? Won't it run a little stronger?

The money you have to spend on them, isn't gonna help out a basically stock engine. Maybe a smoother idle and stronger spark throughout the RPM's, but $$.

Going nitrous, forced induction or anything?

well, the car has to be reliable and get me throught the rest of school. I will eventually throw a bigger cam in it, maybe some head work. But since it was in need of some work, while I had it apart, I thought I would go ahead and buy the crane box and coil ($179.99) I would like it to run better, I told you what happened to me when it got rough! (not sure that was the problem) I know the crane is a digital box, whereas the msd is analog (except where noted...i.e.--digital 6 plus)

Still, has anyone had any experience with the crane box?
