if you had 100 bucks, would you get LCA's or reloc. brakcets???

just like the subject says. I was leaning towards lca's...

DEFINITLY relocation brackets.

Get the angles right again and the stock control arms will do their job fine. You can buy the best control arms in the world and if their geometry isn't right they can't do their job.

That depends. The stockers are set at pretty close to the correct angle from the factory, on a factory suspension. In that case, on a stock suspension, springs included, I'd go with the LCA's. If however, the suspension is old, tired, and sagging, or if the car is lowered, go Relocation Brackets, then LCA's. Or, save another $100, and buy a set of Metco LCA's. They come with the brackets.

don't waste money on buying new LCA's just box your own like i did. Free and just as good.

Hmm, normally I would say LCAs all the way, but since your lowered you might get better results from the brackets.

Z95M6 I was also thinking of doing this, what thickness of steel did you go with? Also did you just box in the open space or did you go all out and re-enforce the entire thing, What about stock bushing, did you upgrade to new ones, cause not doing so isn't going to be the best.

LCA= rear Lower Control Arms, the stock ones flex.
Brackets relocate the LCA when a car has been lowered to help bring the correct geometry back to the rear end.
Supposed to fix wheel hop problems.

relocation brakets are supposed to help with stock ride height cars as well, if you go to sphon website, they claim a one tenth reduction in 60.ft can be achieved using them. This might not sound like much, but in general one tenth of your 60 ft can yield 2 tenths off quarter mile times. After I got my 4.10s and relocation brackets I got a 2.2 60 ft, the best I could muster previously was 2.4, although I might have just been driving better that day, its hard to say, but it improved reguardless of the 4.10's

I have the Lakewood LCA and love them. I noticed it Helped with the little wheel hop that I was getting prior to the LCA install and it helped int he handling department too. I would vote for the LCA. I found the Lakewood LCA to work great, they are cheaper than most brands and have a fitting so you can grease the bushings to prevent squeeks.

get the relocation brackets as they do make a difference even on a stock ride height, hooks up and goes, less spinning during shifts=lower et's
