if i didnt delete tranny tables...

AFter the TH350 swap, what would happen if i didnt delete the tranny tables right away, will it run the same just throw a code or will it mess something up? thanks

It will set some codes and a service engine light (which will cause the fans to run all the time) but it won't hurt anything.
