ICM not getting power from pcm

Im trying to figure out why my car keeps randomly dying.

It will start up run fun for 5 mins or over an hour but randomly dies. I have new coil, opti, wires, plugs(all done within the last week).

Basically ,in testing the Icm harness I have 12v at the pink wire, and ground at the black wire however I dont have power to the white wire with KOEO. any ideas?

PS the car would not start at the time i did these tests, wouldnt make much sense to do them while shes working.

nevermind I was testing the white instead of green. The white should give the pulse correct?

The white wire on the ICM connector should show between 1-4 VAC while cranking. I think it is the green and black wire(A and D terminals) that should show around 10 VDC with KOEO

ok ive got the two wires at 12 volts KOEO. I have ground on the black wire but no pulse on the white wire. The opti and cap and rotor are about a week old but they are from autozone. I know everyone says they suck but realistically does this sound like i need to swap it with a delco or should i look elsewhere?

ps the problem started 2 days ago when i put in a new coil. I have since put in my old coil but it had no effect on the problem

read through this, it will tell you how to diagnosis the rest.

If you are not getting a pulse from the white wire that means somewhere between the opti-pcm or pcm-the white wire, you could have a short or a loose connection.
