IAC testing?
There is no real way to know if the IAC is actually at the position that the computer tells it to be. You can look at the position the computer is telling it to be at with a scanner.
You can also try to reset it by this procedure:
-Depress accelerator slightly
-Start engine, then release accelerator pedal, run engine for 5 seconds
-Turn ignition "OFF" for ten seconds
-Restart engine and check for proper idle operation
Though it should not be out of whack, unless you had it out and changed it's position or you had it disconnected from the plug and turned they key ON.
I would guess your problem might be a vacuum hose you did not reconnect or is broken.

i know for sure all vacuume lines are hooked up, wheather they leak or not is another story..
also on my 58mm TB im geting a code.. im assuing a TPS code cuz my stockers isnt throwing it..
i know its adjusted by making the holes bigger and moving it..
does that seem like a logical reason for the other TB tossing a code?
