Question I will buy Z28 any advice?

I found z28 95 has 115k mile. I am thinking to buy it. What is the difference between 95 and 96 or 97? Some guys said don't buy it because of it has problems. I don't know what problems but they said!! Any suggestion?

I have a '95; the advantage is it has an OBDI computer which is easier to modify. Most '95's are a single cat setup. The engines are pretty much the same; minor differences like hardened pushrods on the '95 and slightly better head castings. The 96 and 97 have a better looking dashboard and console.

just the 97s have the new dashboard

96-97s have dual cat...10more HP...not a big deal at all

Re: I will buy Z28 any advice?

TAKE YOUR TIME!!!!

I just bought a 95 28 3 weeks ago. And it has been nothing but trouble!!!
I got a good deal and it was exactly what I was loloking for (6 speed, T-tops).

It has been nothing but trouble. I hate to say that because it is the third Camaro I have ever owned. And I love Camaros. But the piece of shi* is really starting to **** me off.

It has been one problem after another.

Take your time and look around. Have the car checked out for any problems by somebody certified.

if you find a good one...you will not regret buying it.
if you buy a bad one (like me) you will have second thoughts about CAMAROS.

Good Luck!!!
