I want the loudest exhaust possible,...... help me out;-)

I have a 94 Z28 soon to have mac mid headers and an off-road pipe/random tech cat, i want a loud exhaust but also good sounding.
Right now i have stock manifolds w/random tech cat and a dynomax bullet muffler and it is loud, is this about the same sound as the loudmouth? Any input is appriciated.
By the way, I love the popping my exhaust makes occasionally, but the older guys are roasting me, it may have to go. ahahhah

Go with LT headers and run em open. Can't get much louder than that. Freind of mine did it with a big block for years.

I don't think they get much louder and better sounding than the SLP loudmouth. Not for everybody including me. I couldn't confirm they fit a 94 though.

May want to look at the chambered muffler from GMMG. http://www.gmmginc.net/html/chamberedexhaust.html I heard they bark too.

I cut my muffler off. It's pretty loud. I would say open long tube headers with pipes that form a 90 degree and go out the side would be the loudest. It would minimize the cabin noise but from outside it would be alot louder since most people never hear your car coming straight at you, its always beside you.

Either run a cutout open all the time or just get a loudmouth. I had to take off the loudmouth cause it was so annoying on the highway. Around town its sweet though, not a single person doesn't look to see whats screaming doing 10 mph

I have the pacesetter mids with no cat and 3 inch pipe all the way back to a Borla muffler. It is VERY loud especially if your standing behind the car. It makes that poppin sound like your talking about but it sounds really good at lower RPM's.

I really like my 2OTL even if it looks a little funny. But IMO get any old decent sounding catback and then add on a $35 cutout. It will be nearly as loud as open headers but then after you start to get a splitting headache you can always put the cap back on.

Seriously, If everyone knew about cutouts then I dont believe anybody would ever buy the loudmouth again. The 2 sound damn near identical to me.

ya but borla has the electric cutout for it now, so you have the option of making it a little more quiet whenever you want at the flip of a switch, ordering mine from the GP on thursday.

Guys, all these responses are great I really appriciate it. The thing with the long tubes is i have a 2" Drop with intrax springs and im not willing to go to stock height for the longtubes, i hear they run low. Also i had a cutout and had to take it off, it was way too low to the street with the suspension i have not to mention way to much cab noise. I'm leaning towards offroad pipe and hooker muffler with mac mids,.. anyone have clips?
