Ok, when I turn my right signal on, it doesn't flash, just stays on constantly.

However, the more I think about it, it might just be a bad front marker light bulb. Because when I turn on the right turn signal, the front goes on (real bright) and stays steady, but the rear doesn't come on at all.

What do you guys think?

Check the bulbs first, then the flasher next, and if that's not it, sockets last. DON'T buy sockets from a dealer. They want $50 each, Pep Boys low profile sockets are like $4.00.
