I need roller rocker suggestions for a stock LT1.

I dont have the money for a cam install right now, but I would like to increase my lift and maybe free up a few horses with a set of higher ratio roller rockers. Do they make a 1.7 ratio for a 94 LT1? If so, how much will that change the lift & duration? Any one have a suggestions or part numbers for 1.6 or 1.7 RR's? Thanks guys..

Personally, I would stick with the 1.6 ratio if you ever do plan to do a cam one day. You can pick up rocker arms from just about every vendor on here, I got my Comp Pro-Mags from Custom SSI for a very good price.

I am interested in this as well. Would you need the SA or NSA ones. Also which size, 7/16" or 3/8"??

NSA 7/16". That's because you should get new studs anyway and the 7/16" aren't much more expensive, if any. The only extra thing you'd need would guideplates, and the GMPP ones aren't that expensive. The benefits are a more stable valvetrain and you can use the NSA rockers on a much wider selection of valve springs.

different ratio rockers do not change the duration, only the lift. to figure it out, you take your current lift, divide by 1.5 then multiply by whichever ratio you want. i wouldnt go for more than 1.6 because any cam you get down the road will be designed with the lift in already

They will pretty much come complete with everything including valves, springs, retainers, ect. but you are on your own for the rocker arms, pushrods, and lifters.
