i need a part number for my 96 z28.
the black interior peice that houses the ASR button, the TOP button, and the cigarette lighter. is the about 1.5" wide and 4"
long. it is located in front of the shifter below the radio and to the left of cd/cassette holder (or hole)....

i have done away with cigarette lighter and ASR switch.

does anyone know the P/N for this peice without the cigarette ligher? i know it exists i saw it in my buddy's 94z.

it doesnt have to be the convertible peice (includes TOP button), as long as it has one hole to put my TOP button in.

Are you sure it's number #15 (part number 10220460 -about $10) and not #42 (part number 10195571 -about $35) you want?

Number #42 comes with #16 and #34, hence the higher cost.

 

it looks like #42 is for the convertible: (ASR, TOP, and cigarette lighter) that is what is in my car now.

and it look like #15 just has a cigarette lighter hole.....it would probably work, i could relocated my TOP switch.

the p/n on my peice is 10284642 and it doesnt exist at gmpartsdirect.....
