I've been trying to figure out what brand of headers I'm going to buy. My two choices are MAC shorties and Hooker shorties. The Hookers are $416 from Jet-Hot fully coated with coated y-pipe. The MACs are $379.99 plus $159.99 for coating of the headers only from LOKO. Which set would you buy? I know the Macs have great plug access but the Hookers are a great deal. Both are 1 5/8" and are single cat 94-95 style. I will be running an off-road pipe and Borla cat-back. So, what's the verdict?

 

I would go with the mac headers. I believe that mac's are midlengths and that they will give you more power over the hooker. But are both good headers, its really up too you.
