I need help

My lt1 has some kind of fuel delivery issue.... I've changed the fuel filter and pump... Still no fuel comes out the line and it will only run if I'm spraying it?

Can't help you since this is the automotive news section and the LT1 engine hasn't even come out yet

Maybe he's referring to the previous LT1 version, but this is still the wrong section.

What fuel pressure reading do you get at the fuel rail with the key turned to on and the engine not started?

If you have not checked this...then that is the next thing to do. You should read around 41-47psi.
